Abstract

Indonesia's creative economy has become a popular topic in recent years, which has the potential to encourage national economic growth thanks to technological advances and innovation.This sector,including media, design, fashion, and business,has experienced rapid growth since the government's strategic plan for the development of the creative economy in 2009. The creative industry contributes significantly to the country's economic growth by utilizing the talents of local people in the business world.East Nusa Tenggara Region have significant creative potential but lack the resources and expertise to develop new products and services.To overcome this problem, the NTT Creative Hub located in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara aims to strengthen the creative industry and provide support and collaboration.This includes creating a creative environment, inspiring local creative industries to compete globally, and building a creative hub. NTT Creative Hub uses the concept of "Contemporary Architecture" to create innovative spaces that provide a creative environment, optimize creative development efforts, and enhance employee and community creativity . Contemporary architectural concepts are also used as a planning method to create creative environments that offer creative spaces, optimize creative development efforts, and increase the creativity of creative professionals through developing ideas and developing skills through analysis of form, function, expression, and internal and external elements.
