Implementation of the Village Financial System Application to Assist Village Government Performance in Village Financial Management in Pledo Village, Witihama District, East Flores Regency. Thesis. Government Science Study Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Widya Mandira Catholic University Kupang. Supervisor: (1) Dr. Urbanus Ola, M.Si (2) Veronika Ina Assan Boro, S.IP., M.Si The aim of this research is to describe the application of the SISKEUDES application and the supporting & inhibiting factors in village government governance in Pledo Village, Witihama District, East Flores Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Research data sources consist of primary data and secondary data collected by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that: that the implementation of the village financial system (siskeudes) application in Pledo Village, Witihama District has been running effectively and efficiently in assisting the Pledo Village Government in managing village finances. However, in its implementation there are obstacles dominated by Human Resources and from the Bureaucracy above the Village which has the authority to regulate all the rules which can then hinder the Village in understanding the Siskeudes application and become slow in managing Village finances.
