Abstract

The development of a Contractor Management Information System is crucial for the construction industry, especially for PT. Sari Karya Mandiri, which has many permanent employees and cycles completed physically. To make project management at PT. Sari Karya Mandiri more efficient and effective, this study aims to develop a web-based management information system that incorporates the Critical Path Method (CPM). This framework is expected to address issues such as cost control, human asset management, unstructured project organization, and improve project execution time efficiency. The completion stages include system requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing. Testing is conducted to assess how well the system handles construction project management. The final review results indicate that this framework can enhance project planning and further develop data accuracy, thus reducing delays. Therefore, this administrative data framework improves the functional efficiency of PT. Sari Karya Mandiri and enhances the overall sustainability of the construction industry.
