Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is an assistance program aimed at poor and vulnerable families to meet their basic needs, as regulated in Law Number 40 of 2004. Dualasi Raiulun Village in Lasiolat District, Belu Regency, is one of the areas implementing the program direct cash assistance for village funds, which is regulated by Minister of Finance Regulation Number 222 of 2020 and Permendesa PDTT Number 13 of 2020. BLT distribution in this village is still done manually, which results in the aid distribution process being less effective because there is a lot of data that must be selected manually , so that the village office experiences difficulty in selecting assistance from the government. Based on these problems, a decision support system was built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. It is hoped that the SAW method can help the Dualasi Raiulun Village office in managing data on recipients of direct cash assistance more efficiently and effectively, minimizing errors in data management, and ensuring that assistance is provided on target. System testing using the Black Box method shows that this software functions well in every aspect tested, including data input, data deletion and data changes. As a result, the system runs well and supports the administrative needs of direct cash assistance recipient programs effectively.
