Abstract
Timor Leste people have a tradition of traditional fabric local inherited from generation to generation. At first the fabric local were only made and used for their own use, but along with the times and driven by increasing economic needs, people began to sell the fabric local traditional. However, the obstacle faced by the East Timorese people is that despite having a variety of good traditional weaving motives, the diversity of traditional customs has not been recognized by the wider community, making traditional fabric local sales only around Timor Leste such as cultural exhibitions and markets traditional. The use of software engineering in solving this problem using the model Waterfall is carried out systematically and sequentially starting from the stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. The system was built based on WEB using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. this application can help the community to promote and provide information about traditional fabric local effectively and efficiently.
