Abstract
This research was written by Remigius Harsaktipan (31120017) with the title "Analysis of Factors Affecting the Income of Coffee Farmers in Colol Village, East Lamba Leda District, East Manggarai Regency". Under the guidance of Supervisor I Mrs. Dr. M. E. Perseveranda, SE., M.Si and Supervisor II Br. Salomon Leki, SE., M.Ec.Dev. The agricultural sector is a sector based on natural resources, where the agricultural sector is highly dependent on the success of optimizing the use of its resources, by improving the lives of farmers through a variety of types of food, domestic industrial life increases farmers' income and expands job opportunities and encourages equal distribution of business opportunities. East Nusa Tenggara is one of the coffee-producing regions in Indonesia. East Manggarai Regency has 12 sub-districts that are active in coffee plantations, one of which is East Lamba Leda District. This study is a quantitative research using data obtained from questionnaires filled out by coffee farmers in Colol Village, East Lamba Leda District, East Manggarai Regency. The data collection methods carried out are in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires/questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that in a partial test t, the land area variable and the capital variable have a positive and significant effect on the income of coffee farmers in Colol Village, East Lamba Leda District, while the labor variable has a negative and significant effect on the income of coffee farmers in Colol Village, East Lamba Leda District. In the F test, the variables of land area, labor, and capital as a whole had a significant effect on the income of coffee farmers in Colol Village, East Lamba Leda District, East Manggarai Regency. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, it was shown that the contribution of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variables simultaneously (overall) was 52.36% and the remaining 47.64% was influenced by other independent variables that were not studied in this study. Advice for coffee farmers: For coffee farmers to increase access to capital so that coffee farmers' income will increase. If the capital of coffee farmers decreases, coffee farmers can access capital at the nearest cooperative and bank so as to increase capital and increase coffee production, it will increase the income of coffee farmers.
