Abstract
This research is entitled: Partnership between the Creative Economy Tourism Service and the Village Government in Managing Tourism Areas in Golo Loni Village, Rana Mese District, East Manggarai Regency. The problem raised is how the Partnership between the Creative Economy Tourism Service and the Village Government is in Managing the Tourist Area in Golo Loni Village, Rana Mese District, East Manggarai Regency. The aim of this research is to obtain comprehensive information and descriptions regarding the management of tourist attraction areas in Golo Loni Village, Rana Mese District, East Manggarai Regency, Rana Mese, East Manggarai Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using purposive sampling technique, data sources in the form of secondary data and primary data. The variables in this research are socialization, community empowerment, and joint program development. The results of this research show that first, seen from the socialization aspect, in Golo Loni Village, socialization activities were carried out well because the Village Government, District Government, and the Creative Economy Tourism Office carried out outreach to the Village community regarding tourist attractions and the development of existing Tourism Villages. The community takes part or helps in improving existing local MSMEs. This increase in local MSMEs could become the foundation for the Golo Loni Tourism village. Second, seen from the aspect of community empowerment, the tourism development training in Golo Loni Village is said to be quite good because the Village Government, District Government, and the Tourism and Creative Economy Service are increasing tourism development through the creation of official content for the relevant agencies. On the other hand, the community can develop tourism by increasing local MSMEs. The training in making local crafts in Golo Loni Village was said to be good because the Village Government invited the community to use used materials in making local crafts. The District Government and the Tourism Office also often visit to encourage people to use used materials to make local crafts and make food which can later be sold to tourists. The three aspects of joint program development, strengthening the existing joint work program in Golo Loni Village are said to be quite good. Then the joint program development is quite good because the village government, sub-district government and tourism office often come directly to provide education about fisheries assistance and local MSME assistance to the community. Therefore, it is recommended that the tourism department focus more on developing the tourism potential in Golo Loni. The Golo Loni village government must focus more on developing the creative economy in Golo Loni Village.
