Abstract

Population data collection in Tunganamo Village has not used computerized population data collection even for administrative applications from masi villagers using manual methods. This can cause problems such as errors, inaccuracies in data, and manual administration taking longer to process data and documents that can slow down public services such as the issuance of ID cards, family cards, business licenses or other certificates. To overcome the existing problems, a web-based application for collecting data on the residents of tunganmo village was built using a waterfall model that involves the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The purpose of this application is to simplify the process of collecting and managing population data and speed up the process of applying for village administration such as the creation of ID cards, family cards, business license certificates or other certificates. With this application, population data can be accessed and updated more quickly and accurately and administrative submissions can be made more efficiently. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the quality of public services in Tunganamo Village and provide convenience for residents in providing village administration services.
