Abstract

This research was written by Anderias Hane (31120029), Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business under the guidance of Supervisor I Dr.Stanis Man, SE, M.Si and Supervisor II Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME with the research title "Impact Analysis Direct Cash Assistance (DCA) for the Socio-Economics of Recipient Families in Nauke Kusa Village, Laen Manen District, Malaka Regency." The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (DCA) program in Nauke Kusa Village, the factors that support and hinder the implementation of DCA in the village, and then determine the impact of BLT on the socio-economic impact of recipient families. In this research, the analysis technique used is qualitative description with data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation and then carrying out in-depth analysis of the data collected. The research results show that the existence of social assistance from the government in the form of DCA to the people of Nauke Kusa village has had a significant social and economic impact on people who are classified as economically weak. The implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance (DCA) Program in Nauke Kusa Village is going well for 257 families with receipt every quarter. In the realization of this program there are factors that support and, on the contrary, hinder the process of implementing the assistance. Supporting factors include support from the community, a well-functioning village government organizational structure, and this program is a simple program to implement. Meanwhile, the influencing factors include the minimal implementation of the village head's regulations regarding the list of families entitled to receive DCA benefits, which slows down village discussions, the distribution of DCA cannot be distributed all at once, and the reception location is very far from people's homes. However, the BLT program carried out by the central government through the village government has had a very beneficial impact on the small and economically weak communities in Nauke Kusa village.
