Abstract
Komplek Pendidikan Merdeka continues to experience the development of facilities and academic community. This development has led to an increase in the number of vehicles heading towards the complex. This may cause traffic problems such as congestion, air pollution, and accidents. In this study, data analysis was conducted in two ways by analyzing descriptive data to understand the characteristics of trip generation and attraction at the Komplek Pendidikan Merdeka , and using regression analysis to determine the models of trip generation and attraction and to identify significant factors influencing these trips with the help of SPSS software. The characteristics of trip attraction at the Komplek Pendidikan Merdeka show 10,482 motorcycle trips, while the characteristics of trip generation at the complex indicate 10,550 motorcycle trips. The trip generation model at the Komplek Pendidikan Merdeka is represented by the equation Y1 = 139.475 + 0.198X1 + 0.059X4, with an R² value of 0.999, while the trip attraction model is represented by Y2 = 262.274 + 0.284X1, with an R² value of 0.989. The factors influencing trip generation at the Komplek Pendidikan Merdeka include the number of students (X1) and building area (X4), while the factor influencing trip attraction is the number of students (X1).
