Abstract

Manggarai Regency is one of the regencies located on Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara. Manggarai Regency still faces challenges in infrastructure. As a developing regency, infrastructure development programs for roads, bridges, and government offices are still in the planning stages. Government office facilities in Manggarai Regency are still limited compared to other regencies. Although it already has a PUPR Office, its workspace needs to be adequate for all its staff. To address this, a comfortable, functional, and modern office building is needed. The application of modern architecture to the PUPR Office in Manggarai Regency can serve as an example for other building designs, promoting physical changes in the building in terms of appearance, materials, structure, and construction. Moreover, the building should not only prioritize aesthetics but also meet the standards and functions of the office.
