Abstract
The purpose of this study is 1) To know about Village Fund Utilization (DD) in supporting village development in the Oemasi Village of Nekamese Subdistrict. 2) To find out what factors inhibit and support the Utilization of Village Funds (DD) in supporting village of Nekamese Subdistrict. This study uses Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Techniques and uses data collection techniques through interviews with key informants who can provide information about the importance of using village funds, through observations and important documents that discuss the use of village fund. The results of the study show that the use of village funds in the development of Oemasi Village for physical and non-physical development in 2017 has been realized and effective because the benefits have been felt by the village community Oemation. This can be proven by the implementation of 3 (three) types of physical development infrastructure facilities such as mini embungs, dug wells, and reservoirs and 13 (thirteen) non-physical development activities community involvement or participation in implementing village funds is quite good, where the community take part in the process of physical and nonphysical development by participating in the village meetings and participating in the village development process. Based on the result of this study it was suggested to the Oemasi village government to futther improve the performance of the use of village funds in development and could involve community participation in planning and utilizing village funds, Conducting socialization to the community to help understand the development programs that the village government would undertake, so that the community it will be easier to participate.
