Abstract
This research uses quantitative data, a tipe of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the from of information or explanation expressed in numbers. The data sources used in this study are primary data, which are research data sources that are examined directly from data sources ( not through intermediaries).in this studythere were 21 samples. Them it is processed using eview 10 and analyzed using regression models and inferential statistics with four tests, namely 1) Test classic assumptions. 2)Multiple linear regression analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study were obtained from the Area, Capital and Labor Area variables simultaneously having an effect on income in the village of Naekasa, Tasifeto Barat District, BeluDistrict. Land area, partially has positive and not significant effect on the income variables in the village of Naekasa, Tasifeto Barat District, Belu District. While the capital variable, has a positive and significant effect on income variables in the village of Naekasa, Tasifeto Barat District, Belu District. The number of labor variables partially has a positive and not significant effect on income variables in the village of naekasa, the west tasifeti District. Naekasa village has a very big influence on the people of Welorlaran and Wekabu hamlets. Because productionof brickworkers directly creates employment opportunities for workers, thus the production of bricks will grow and the workforce will benefit and the entrepreneurs will develop the brains of entermination Coefficient Goodness of fit test (R2) of 0,720130 or 72,01% Dependent variables (income) can be explained by the variables Land Area (x1) Capital (x2), Labor (x3). Whereas the remaining 27.99% were carried out by other variables not included in this study. With the results of this study, it is recommendedthatlocal governmentsto provide capital assistance, for entrepreneurs by way of mobilizing village cooperatives specifically to produce bricks. So that the incime of entrepreneurs is always increasing.
