Abstract
East Manggarai Regency is one of the new districts in East Nusa Tenggara Province with an area of 2,642.93 km². As a new district with a large area, and has nine (9) sub-districts, East Manggarai Regency holds reliable potential in the agricultural sector. East Manggarai Regency is quite famous for its plantation crops, namely coffee, cloves, vanilla, cocoa, candlenut, coconut,tobacco, cotton, cashew and areca nut. But what is an obstacle in East Manggarai Regency is that the process of data collection on plantation crops that have not been computerized and the web in East Manggarai Regency Government does not accommodate existing plantation crops, therefore an information system must be developed with a waterfall software engineering development model. The planning model is: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing,Maintenance. The results obtained through the design of a web-based Information System are to provide information about existing plantation crops in East Manggarai Regency. In addition, this Information System is the right choice in delivering information, especially in making reports on plantation crops.
