Abstract

The intents of this research are: 1) Finding the impacts of manpower and the emission of regional bruto of domestic product in NTT in 2012-2015. 2) Finding the impacts of manpower and the partial and significant emission of government to the regional bruto of domestic product in NTT in 2012-2015. 3) finding the impacts of manpower and the simultaneous.Also the significant emission of government to the regional bruto of domestic product in NTT in 2012-2015.This study uses Quantitative Data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation expressed by numbers or in the form of numbers. Sources of data used in this study are secondary data, namely data sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors for example through other people or through documents, with a significant level of 5%. There were 84 samples in this study then processed using Eviews 10 and analyzed using panel data regression and inferential statistics with four tests, namely 1) Classic assumption test 2) Multiple linear regression analysis 3) Hypothesis test 4) Analysis of the coefficient of determination ( R2)The resultto get: manpower and the emission of government affect simultaneousand significantly to the regional bruto ofdomestic product; manpower emission of government affect partially and significantly to the regional bruto of domestic product. By 0,99,07point of determination coefficient of Goodness of Fit (R2),or 99,07 % of dependent variable can be explained by independent variable of manpower(X1), the emission of government (X2). As for, 0,93% is explained by the other variable excluded in this research. With the results of this study it is recommended to the government to increase labor productivity by conductingtraining and entrepreneurship training while, for government expenditures it is hoped that the government will explore the potential of regional retribution and regional taxes.
