Abstract

This research was written by Maria Patrisia Mau (31120003), Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of Supervisor 1 Mr. Daniel Taolin, SE, M.Si and Supervisor II Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME with the title Effectiveness of Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS ) at SDN Raibasin, East Tasifeto District, Belu Regency. The aim of this research is of course to find out the management of school operational assistance funds (BOS) at SDN Raibsin, East Tasiifeto District, Belu Regency, and to find out the effectiveness of the Management of School Operational Assistance Funds (BOS) at SDN Raibasin, East Tasifeto District, Belu Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with interview and observation data collection techniques. The informants in this research were five people consisting of the Principal, School Treasurer, Teachers, and Chair of the School Committee. The data used is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that in general the management of BOS funds at SDN Raibasin has been running quite well because it is in accordance with the technical instructions for managing school operational assistance funds (BOS), namely with openness and involvement of all school components including the school principal, school treasurer, teachers and also the education department starting from the planning stage, implementation stage as well as the accountability reporting stage and monitoring of BOS funds.
