Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Factors Affecting Broiler Chicken Farming Business Income in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor, This study was written by the author Yohanes Ryanald Klau Tahuk NIM 31120074 and was always assisted and guided by two supervising lecturers, Mr. Stanis Man SE, M.Si and Br. Salomon Leki, SE, M.Ec.Dev. This study has two problem formulations and two research objectives, The first problem formulation is how is the general description of the income of broiler chicken farming businesses in Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency, the purpose of this research problem formulation is to find out the general description of the income of broiler chicken farming businesses in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency, the second problem formulation is what factors influence the income of broiler chicken farming businesses in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency, the purpose of this research problem formulation is to find out what factors influence the income of broiler chicken farming businesses in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency. The general description of the research location in this study is that it has an area (land) of 74.00 km² or 2.77% of the area of North Central Timor Regency, the Kefamenanu City sub-district also has administrative boundaries such as the South Bikomi sub-district, the Central Bikomi sub-district and the East Bikomi sub-district which borders the West Insana sub-district. Factors that influence the income of broiler chicken farming businesses in the Kefamenanu City sub-district, North Central Timor Regency consist of production factors, feed, seeds (DOC), labor, medicines, capital interest, and cages and equipment. According to the results of this study, it is concluded that the general description of broiler chicken farming business income varies, depending on the number of chickens raised, the price of chickens when sold, and the costs incurred by farmers such as feed costs, seeds (DOC), medicines, equipment, labor, and other costs. It is also recommended to pay attention to the factors that affect broiler chicken farming business income in order to increase income in Kota Kefamenanu District, North Central Timor Regency.
