Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the description of the Education budget, the Health budget and the PAD budget simultaneously have an effect on economic growth in the East Nusa Tenggara Regency in 2013-2017. (2) To determine the education budget, the Health budget and the PAD budget have a partial effect on economic growth in the East Nusa Tenggara Regency in 2013- 2017. (3) To determine the effect of economic growth on growth in East Nusa Tenggara in 2013-2017. This study uses Quantitative Data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation stated by numbers or in the form of numbers. The data sources used in this study are Secondary Data, namely data sources that do not directly provide data to data collectors, for example through other people or through documents with a significant level of 5%. There are 105 samples in this study then processed using Eviews 10 and analyzed using models. panel data regression and inferential statistics with four tests, namely: (1) Classical Assumption Test (2) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (3) Hypothesis Test (4) Analysis of the Determination Coefficient (R2). The results of the study obtained a picture of Education, Health, PAD simultaneously and significantly affected Economic Growth. The description of Education Budget (X1), Health budget (X2), PAD (X3) partially and significantly influence Economic Growth (Y) in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.9906 means that 99.06% of the dependent variable Economic growth is able to be explained by the independent variable Education (XI), Health (X2), PAD (X3) while the remaining 0.94% is explained by other variables which was not included in this study. With the results of this study it is recommended that the Government increase the allocation of Education, Health funds and optimize programs in the fields of education and health.
