Abstract

In detail the problems in this study: (1) What is the teacher's ability to manage learning by applying Index Card Match Learning Strategies in Cooperative Learning Model Type TGT in the subject matter of optical instruments in Class XI MIA 3 Students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang Semester Academic Year 2018/2019?, (2) What are the cooperative skills of students in learning activities by applying the Index Card Match Learning Strategy in the Cooperative Learning Model Type TGT in the subject matter of optical devices in Class XI MIA 3 Students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang Semester Academic Year 2018/2019?, (3) What is the completeness of the indicators of learning outcomes by applying the Index Card Match Learning Strategy in the Cooperative Learning Type TGT model on the subject matter of optical instruments in Class XI MIA 3 Students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang Semester Academic Year 2018/2019? (4) How to complete the learning outcomes of students by applying the Index Card Match Learning Strategy in m Cooperative Learning Model Type TGT on the subject matter of optical devices in Class XI MIA 3 Students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang Semester Academic Year 2018/2019 ?, (5) How do students respond to learning activities by applying Index Card Learning Strategy Match in Model Cooperative Learning Type TGT in the subject matter of optical devices in Class XI MIA 3 Students of SMA Negeri 9 Kupang Semester Academic Year 2018/2019? Type of descriptive research. The subjects of this study were teachers (researchers) and students of class XI MIA 3 Kupang 9 Public High School 2018/2019 academic year totaling 32 students. While the instruments used in this study are Learning Management Observation Sheets, Cognitive Learning Outcomes Tests, assessment of learning outcomes (affective and psychomotor), Cooperative Skills Observation Sheet and Student Response Sheet. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests and questionnaires. The technique of analyzing the results of the research used is quantitative descriptive analysis including the calculation of the average score, proportion and percentage. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, the research data shows that in general the application of the Index Card Match Learning Strategy in the TGT Cooperative Learning Model is optimal for the subject matter of optical instruments in the XI MIA 3 class of Kupang 9 Senior High School, 32 student selection techniques the subject of students is purposive sampling. In detail, it can be concluded that the teacher's ability to manage learning is in a fairly good category, the students' cooperative skills are on the criteria set, the learning outcome indicators are in the complete category, students' learning outcomes are in the complete category, and students' responses to learning very good response.
