Abstract

Learning model of creative problem solving is a learning model which is strees on the center of learning and the creativty of problem solving which is followed by the strength of creativity. Deally, learning process is not just focused on effort to get more knowledge, but to know the use of knowledge to face the problem in new situation or to solve the probles relate with the subject which is studied. The main problem rained in this research is how is the implementation of Creative Problem Solving Model with the topic Simple Apparatus for the eight grade students in the odd semester of Junior High SMPK ST. Yoseph Kupang in the School year 2013/2014? This main problem could be spesified into the following questions. (1) How is the competence of the teacher in holding the learning implementing Creative Problem Solving Model with the topic Simple Apparatus for the eight grade students in the odd semester of Junior High SMPK ST. Yoseph Kupang in the School year 2013/2014? (2) How is the completeness of result indicators of the learners after implementing the Creative Problem Solving Model? (3) How is the completeness of learner’s achievement after implementing the said learning model? (4) How is the response of the learners towards the impementation of the said model of learning? The objective of this research is to describe the result of implementing the Creative Problem Solving Model with the topic the Simple Apparatus for the eight grade students in the odd semester of Junior High SMPK ST. Yoseph Kupang in the School year 2013/2014. This objective could be spesified in the following. (1) To describe the competence of the teacher in holding the learning activities by implementing the Creative Problem Solving Model for the iighth grade students in the odd semester of the mentioned school. (2) To describe the completeness of learning result indicators of the learners after implementing the Creative Problem Solving Model. (3) To describe the completeness of learners’ achievement after implementing the mentioned model of learning. (4) To describe the response of the learners towards the implementation of Creative Problem Solving Model with the topic the Simple Apparatus. This is a descriptive research. The subjects of the research are the teacher (the researcher) and 17 students of the eight grade students in the odd semester of Junior High SMPK ST. Yoseph Kupang in the School year 2013/2014. The data collection techniques used are observation, test, and questionaire, while the instruments used are learning management observation sheet, learners’ achievement (product, affection, and psychomotor) and response sheet. The analysis technique for the research result used is descriptive analysis covering the averange score, proportion, and percentage. Descriptive statistikal analysis shows that, in general, the implementation of Creative Problem Solving the mentioned school is good with topic the Simple Apparatus for the eight grade students VIII B students of SMPK.St Yoseph Kupang in the academic year 2013/2014 which ar seventeen (17) students. The educator proporse in learning activity shall increase experiment activity and gives problem that needs problem solving. Besides, educator shall provide time that adequately deep lead educative participant up to gets experiment and solving about problem. It shall do periodic ala or perpetual, so participant was taught by abylity and masterly deep do experiment and they have a nalar.
