Abstract

Complete systematic land registration (PTSL) is an important activity for the community to obtain land certificates in an affordable way. But in reality there are still people in Manulai II Village who are not aware and have not registered their land. Therefore, the problems addressed in this activity are related to legal awareness and community knowledge related to complete systematic land registration (PTSL). Based on these problems, legal counselling activities on PTSL were organised in Manulai II Village. This activity aims to increase public legal awareness and increase public knowledge related to PTSL. In this activity, the community service team conveyed information related to PTSL, namely the juridical understanding of land registration and PTSL, the legal basis of PTSL,PTSL objects, the benefits of the community participating in PTSL, financing in PTSL, and the stages of PTSL implementation consisting of 12 stages. This activity was welcomed by the people of Manulai II Village by attending and participating in the discussion.
