Abstract
This Examination Report (BAP) records the statement of the victim witness Blasius Manek alias Sius Manek in the case of extortion with threats carried out by Agustinus Mau. Blasius Manek stated that Agustinus Mau had committed extortion by tying up his cow and threatening to take it if Blasius Manek did not repay his debt and interest. Blasius Manek admitted that he had borrowed money from Agustinus Mau for cockfighting and had not yet paid off the debt. As a result of this incident, Blasius Manek suffered a loss of one female cow with an estimated loss of Rp. 4,000,000
