Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the application of the principles of Administrative Law (TUN) in Indonesia, particularly the principles of legality, legal certainty, equality, and proportionality in the formation and implementation of public policy. The analysis is conducted through a review of regulations, government practices, as well as the role of supervisory bodies and public participation. The results of the study show that the application of TUN principles in Indonesia still faces various challenges, such as weak regulations, low legal awareness, and limited public access to information and public services. On the other hand, there are efforts to improve the effectiveness of TUN principles through bureaucratic reform, strengthening supervisory bodies, and increasing public participation. This study concludes that there needs to be a continuous effort to improve the effectiveness of the application of TUN principles to create good and just governance.
