Abstract
Murder is the taking or loss of a person's life by another person which results in the non-functioning of all vital functions of the body due to the separation of the spirit from the victim's body. Murder is a cruel and barbaric act, and violates the most basic human values. The crime of murder is an act that, intentionally or not, takes the life of another person. The difference in how to commit the crime of murder lies in the legal consequences, when the crime of murder is carried out intentionally or pre-planned,the legal consequences, namely the criminal sanctions, will be more severe compared to the crime of murder which is committed without any aggravating elements, namely planning. first
