Abstract
The final stage of coaching is the final phase of the rehabilitation process which aims to prepare prisoners to return to society with positive skills and attitudes and improve the quality of life of prisoners after being released from prison. There are several rehabilitation programs provided by the prison which of course the prisoners are free to choose according to their talents and abilities, the program includes formal skills and non-formal skills.By implementing the program,of course,it can facilitate prisoners when returning to society and can reduce negative stigma from society. The type of research used is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source, such as the results of interviews and observations. Thus, coaching plays an important role in reducing the number of recidivism or repetition of criminal act
