Abstract

This study investigates criminal cases related to realist concussion cases, which involve disputes between the parties involved. In this analysis, focus is given to four types of criminal acts that often occur in the context of disputes, namely document falsification, defamation, extortion and fraud. This research highlights the complexity of these cases and their legal implications. Qualitative analysis methods are used to explore patterns, motives and impacts of criminal acts on dispute resolution. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide useful insights in law enforcement and conflict resolution in the future
