Abstract

This research is a correlational research. Sperman's Rank correlation is used in finding relationships or to test the significance of associative hypotheses. Before carrying out the Sperman rank correlation test, validity and reliability tests were first carried out by questionnaires/questions which are the instruments of this study. The samples used in this study were all teachers at SD Inpres Fatufeto 2 Kupang, totaling 20 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a very strong relationship between quality management and teacher performance, this can be seen from the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the correlation coefficient value of 0.767 very strong category. So it can be concluded that quality management at SD Inpres Fatufeto 2 Kupang is very influential and has a close relationship with the performance of teachers.
