Abstract

Concrete brick is one of the important building materials for building a building. This has led to an increase in demand for concrete blocks, so it is important to solve complex problems regarding the delivery of adobe bricks. Therefore we need a calculation that can optimize the cost of delivery of concrete blocks. The distribution of brick-making blocks from several places such as Weoe, Webriamata and Weliman by Cendrawasih Stores often gets a little profit due to the difficulty in determining their distribution priorities based on minimum costs. The optimization application for the distribution of brick blocks is the application of the Least Cost method in determining the brick distribution channel in order to obtain minimum costs. The working principle of the Least Cost method is to give allocation priority which has the smallest unit cost (the smallest unit cost). The purpose of this research is to apply the cost of distribution of brick-and-mortar delivery at Cendrawasih Stores using the Least Cost method so that the shop can obtain minimum shipping costs.
