Abstract

This research aims to know the performance effectiveness of expenditure treasurer in terms of financial administration in Secretariat of Regional House of Representatives in Kupang city. The method used was descriptive qualitative. According to the data were analyzed, it can be concluded that the performance effectiveness of expenditure treasurer and assistant expenditure treasurer still low, this is because lots of budgeting mistakes happened. The data shows a downward performance on the administration stage to the financial accountability stage in the Secretariat of Regional House of Representatives in Kupang City. Therefore, the internal control system is needed to improve employees performance in that division.
