Abstract

The filing of the marriage requirements file andthe divorcecertificate at theOffice of Population and Civil Registry of TTS Regency,so far is still conventional. Where marriage certificate files and divorcecertificates still use ledgers and copy data to Microsoft Word for recording records, and still require storage space for printing reports, it is necessaryto make an application for making marriage requirements documents anddivorce certificates on a web-based basis to facilitate the Office ofPopulation and Civil Registry of Regency of TTS, in processing datamaking of marriage requirements file and divorce certificate.The research method used consists of data collection methods andsystem development, to design and build applications for making marriagerequirements documents and divorce certificates. The application formaking the marriage requirements file and divorce certificate is built withthe PHP programming language, and utilizes the MySQL database as adatabase server.The results of this study are able to help every problem related tomarriage services and population divorce, the application for makingmarriage and divorce requirements files makes it easy for the Office ofPopulation and Civil Registry Office of Kab.TTS, to obtain dataprocessing of marriage and divorce certificates.
