Abstract
The positive impact is known through, increasing the economic capacity of border communities, as well as resulting in relational relations between the two countries; Indonesia and Timor Leste, as well as border market activities, there are people who carry out a money exchange system (many changers), because Indonesian people when making transactions with the people of Timor Leste must certainly use the dollar currency, and vice versa Timorese citizens.
