Abstract

This scientific work reviews the factors that influence teacher teaching performance, namely teacher certification, supervisor supervision, and school culture. Writing scientific papers is intended so that researchers can determine the hypothesis that gives effect to each variable so that it can be used for other scientific work. The results obtained are that teacher certification has a positive and important impact on teacher performance; superintendent supervision has a positive and important impact on teacher performance; school culture has a positive and important impact on teacher performance; and teacher certification, supervisory supervision, and school culture have both positive and important implications for teacher performance.
