Abstract

Non-profit organizations often face challenges in managing finances in a transparent and accountable manner. The lack of basic knowledge and skills in accounting has led many foundations to struggle in preparing clear and standardized financial reports. To address this issue, a simple financial training was conducted using the Akukongregasi application. Akukongregasi employs a single entry system for input and automatically generates a double entry. The aim of this activity is to enhance the understanding of organizational managers regarding financial reports, as well as to improve transparency and accountability in fund management. The implementation method involved training and the application of the Akukongregasi system at Societas Verbi Divini (SVD) Timor. SVD Timor operates 17 units located in the city of Kupang, South Central Timor Regency, North Central Timor Regency, and Belu Regency. The results of the training demonstrated a significant improvement in understanding basic accounting and its application in preparing simple financial reports using the Akukongregasi application.
