Abstract

With the increasing number of new credit cooperatives, it is important for the Management Study Program to conduct financial management and marketing management training for the administrators and supervisors of the Harapan Sejahtera Credit Cooperative in order to improve service quality, member satisfaction and increase the number of members. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of managing the budget, cooperative marketing strategies in the modern era and implementing the marketing mix. The method used is the presentation of the material and discussion with the participants. The implementation phase is the initial meeting, preparing the needs that will be used during the activity, the implementation of the activity and the sustainability plan. The conclusion of this activity is to continue to conduct financial management training related to the acquisition and use of budgets, marketing management related to modern marketing strategies and marketing mix according to the times in order to be able to compete with many other credit cooperatives
