Abstract

BSP Gerbang Fortune was established in 2019 with 21 housewives with the address Jalan Koperasi, Liliba-Kupang City. UBSP was originally founded on the idea of housewives who often suffer from economic difficulties due to difficulties in accessing loans. Due to the common difficulties and the same goal, namely to help and support each other, the Gates of Fortune Savings and Loans Joint Venture was formed. The problem faced by UBSP managers is the relatively low ability to record and report on the economy. The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to increase understanding and training for UBSP's financial records in terms of financial reporting. This activity was carried out for 21 members and administrators in the form of training and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The result of this training is that the management and members of UBSP gain new knowledge about the use of the SME Accounting financial reporting application with a mobile system, which can be directly installed on each participant's mobile phone for training on its use. Apart from the smart phone application, the training participants were also introduced to a simple financial reporting system formulated in the Microsoft excel program. The conclusion from this training is that good financial reporting determines the success or failure of a business, ongoing assistance needs to be carried out as a form of effort to support the sustainability of small and medium enterprises.
