Abstract

The aim of this service activity is to provide training in the application of organizational management for Karang Taruna Manekmat, East Baumata Village. The young generation is the generation that drives change and controls social conditions and is the nation's successor. The method for implementing this service activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The material is delivered in the form of lectures and there is a question and answer session to respond to the extent of the participants' understanding of the activities and simulations are also provided so that apart from theory, participants can also practice directly. The results of community service activities provide participants with knowledge about organizational management, various conflicts that exist in organizations, how to overcome problems, and management functions. This reference helps participants when organizing at Karang Taruna Manekmat becomes easier and can achieve common goals within the organization. The participants' hope is that the service team can provide ongoing training regarding assistance to organizational management in creating interesting activities, programs or activities that need to be uploaded on social media as a form of information that people need to know.
