Abstract

Abstract In realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely the service aspect, Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are carried out by students to apply the knowledge and skills that have been obtained during lectures in the real context of society. This service activity was carried out at GMIT Ebenhaezer in East Baumata Village by Thematic KKN students of the Faculty of Engineering, Widya Mandira Catholic University. The service activity carried out was the socialization of training on the use of the GMIT Ebenhaezer Bilamun admin website for the church. The GMIT Ebenhaezer Bilamun admin website is a website that is used by the admin to control the information displayed on the GMIT Ebenhaezer Bilamun main website, including the process of adding, changing and deleting church-related data. All information that needs to be entered into the main website of GMIT Ebenhaezer Bilamun depends on the church which is responsible for adding, changing, and deleting the information so that it can be known by members of the congregation and the wider community. The purpose of this socialization activity is to provide training on the use of the GMIT Ebenhaezer web admin to the church so that all existing information can be managed easily. The method used was a demonstration of the use of the system and questions and answers between the church and the speaker. The church was represented by the two Secretaries, while the presenters were represented by 2 students. As a result, the church can understand and gain skills in managing information through the GMIT Ebenhaezer Bilamun admin website.
