Abstract

Based on observations, elementary school teachers in Rote Barat District, Rote Ndao Regency experienced difficulties in compiling lesson plans so that teachers only wrote or reprinted lesson plans without trying to understand what to write in them. The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of teacher resources so that they are able to: (1) understand and develop concise and meaningful lesson plans; (2) implement the RPP that he has prepared himself. The target of this activity is elementary school teachers in nine YPA-MDR assisted schools in Rote Barat sub-district, Rote-Ndao district. The activities are carried out in two parts, namely: 1) training in the preparation of a concise and meaningful lesson plan; and 2) assistance in implementing the lesson plans that have been prepared previously. The results show that teachers have experienced an increase in the quality of resources as indicated by: 1) teachers are able to know concise lesson plans and implement them; 2) students complete learning during the implementation of the lesson plan because they get scores above the school's Minimum Completeness Criteria.
