Abstract
This work program aims to improve the farming skills of the Waotoone Village community by utilizing organic waste as raw material for compost fertilizer. The implementation method of the work program is through observation of problem identification, socialization and training by the implementers of the work program and the targets of the work program. The implementation of the work program produces organic fertilizer that can be used by the Waotoone Village community for agriculture and plants in the community's yard.
