Abstract

The community service activity aims to address the challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanah Merah Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency, as well as to improve the economic well-being of families through the development and empowerment of MSMEs. The main issues identified include limited access to capital and funding, inadequate infrastructure, and a lack of knowledge and skills in business management and marketing. The implementation method of the activity includes preparation, execution, and evaluation stages. Data was collected through meetings with village and subvillage heads, preparation of equipment and socialization materials, as well as through direct socialization with the community. The results show high interest and enthusiasm from the community in improving existing MSMEs and creating new ones. The conclusion of this activity is that through socialization efforts and skill enhancement, it is hoped that the community of Tanah Merah Village can improve the economic well-being of their families through the development and empowerment of MSMEs that are more effective and sustainable.
