Abstract

Currently, social media has become highly important in people's lives across various sectors including business, education, and industry. In the realm of education, social media plays an active role in students' learning processes. As social media users, individuals can determine their intended goals and the benefits they can derive from such actions.This research aims to explore the influence of social media usage on students' learning interests. In an increasingly digital era, the presence of social media has become a crucial part of daily life. This study will investigate whether the frequency of social media usage impacts students' learning interests. The research method employed is a survey of several students. The results of the analysis indicate a negative relationship between excessive social media use and students' learning interests. This study provides valuable insights for educators to understand the impact of social media on students' learning processes in the digital era.
