Abstract
An organization or institution, either government-owned or private or individual, canachieve good performance or satisfactory results if there is support fromtheperformance of its employees or apparatus. However, in reality, in the Department of Transportation and the Environment of Malacca Regency, the Transportation Of iceof the TTU Regency and the Transportation Of ice of the Belu Regency, NTT Province, there are still various scattered problems. The population taken in this study wereall State Civil Servants, in this case civil servants or contract workers at the Department of Transportation and the Environment of Malacca Regency, the Transportation Of iceof TTU Regency and the Transportation Of ice of Belu Regency, NTT Province using127people as respondents as well as respondents. While the data analysis technique usedisdescriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Fromthe descriptionof the conclusions on the results of this study, there are several things that becomesuggestions to the organization being studied, including: 1). It takes an increase inworkmotivation, work ability and work discipline by giving awards or prizes or praisetoASN who have good achievements and work results, the ASN placement process is inaccordance with the accumulated experience and expertise, educational backgroundand qualifications and skills possessed by the apparatus or employees provide animbalance / incentive that is balanced with their duties and provide opportunities forcivil servants to take part in education and training or technical guidanceinaccordance with their main duties and functions such as training for motor vehicletechnical personnel, education for terminal managers and education or forenvironmental management technical personnel, 2). Discipline enforcement of StateCivil Servants (ASN) based on Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning ASNin article33which regulates ASN discipline and Government Regulation Number 53 of 2010concerning civil servant discipline with tiered and term monitoring and evaluationandproviding supervision to ASNs who violate the disciplinary structure of the apparatusaccording to the applicable regulations, 3). To other researchers who wish to carry out the same scientific research at the Department of Transportation and the Environment of Malacca Regency, the Transportation Service of TTU Regency andtheTransportation Of ice of the Belu Regency, NTT Province, because it does not involveother variables that af ect the performance of the apparatus that cannot be taken inThisresearch thus provides a reference for the leaders of these three OPDs in order tomakedecisions on apparatus performance
