Abstract
The Province of Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) is one of the regions experiencing the highest stunting nationally, namely at a prevalence rate of 37.8% in 2021. Meanwhile, the largest prevalence of stunting in NTT in 2021 occurred in Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) at 48.3%. One of the villages that has a high number of stunting in TTS is Pollo Village. The number of stunted people in Pollo village in 2023 will be 103 people. Activities are carried out using lecture and documentation method. Efforts to reduce stunting have also been taken in various ways which have an impact on the budget disbursed by the government, including village funds. To overcome the problems experienced by the partners above, this service will be carried out by providing knowledge about managing village funds to overcome the problem of reducing stunting. This activity involved the head of Pollo village and the head of Linamnutu village as well as village officials, traditional figures and the Pollo village community. The number of participants was 70 people at the Pollo village office. In preparing the Government Work Plan (Rencana Kerja Pemerintah-RKP), the Village Government draws on information from the district/city regional government regarding the village's indicative ceiling and activity plans of the Government, provincial regional government and district/city regional government. The Village RKP begins to be prepared by the Village government. The Village Head prepares the Village RKP by involving the Village community in several activity steps. There are obstacles in allocating village funds to reduce stunting due to the lack of village funds due to the allocation of Direct Cash Assistance (Bantuan Langsung Tunai-BLT) allocated to the community.
