Abstract

There is credit business unit in Hidup Bersama village-owned enterprises Sangadeto-Ngada Regency. The presence of the business unit has supported for the questing of its management. Therefore, the goal of the research is to know the management of such a business unit. There are five programs launched. They are rental business, travel business, service business, trading business, financial business (credit). Three of the programs haven’t yet undertaken, while the other two have been done such as trading business and financial business for the people without digression. So do the village-owned entreprises is undertaking well based on the provision processed every stage – orgnaising and supervisising. Based on this prestation the program could be maximized through utilizing other village pontential. Socialization about the achievements needed to undertake by the village-owned enterpreneurs. In addition, it needs also to step up administrator human resource.
