Abstract

This study focuses on the evaluation of the repatriation process of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in the constrained category, with a case study at the Migrant Workers Protection Service Center (BP3MI). The main objectives of this research are to examine how the repatriation process is carried out by BP3MI and to identify the obstacles encountered during its implementation. The study applies William N. Dunn’s (1999) Policy Evaluation Theory, using six key indicators effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. qualitative descriptive approach is employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that BP3MI's services are generally well-executed and align with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The community expresses a high level of satisfaction, as the services are considered prompt, courteous, and transparent. BP3MI officers are proactive in providing information and support to PMI and their families. Furthermore, adequate facilities and responsive service delivery contribute to increased public trust in BP3MI.
