Abstract
The study employs a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. The research involved 12 informants, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of green economy in Ululoga Village has successfully created a balance between economic growth, environmental preservation, and social welfare. In terms of low-carbon economy, integrated waste management and sustainable land use have reduced the carbon footprint while creating new economic opportunities. Resource efficiency is manifested through prudent water management, agroforestry systems, and local product processing that creates economic value-added and strengthens the village's cultural identity. The social inclusion dimension is evident in the empowerment of vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and female heads of households who now actively participate in sustainable tourism activities. Despite still facing challenges in equitable distribution of economic benefits and product licensing, this research concludes that the green economy approach in Ululoga Village has comprehensively and sustainably transformed the socio-economic conditions of the community. The experience of Ululoga Village proves that green economy is not merely a theoretical concept but a practical strategy that can integrate human welfare, social justice, and environmental preservation in the context of developing a tourism village.
