Abstract

Dominikus Diwa (81122202) "Analysis of Village Fund Management based on Financial Management Principles in Kelimado Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province" under the guidance of Dr. Yolinda Yanti Sonbay,SE.,M.Sc and Dr. M. E. Perseveranda, SE, M.Si. Community development is an activity that is systematically designed to create conditions that support the socio-economic progress of the community. This process can start from the village. Therefore, it is very important for village government officials to have good skills in managing the government, especially in the management of village funds.Village funds managed by Kelimado Village have been allocated through programs or activities listed in the APBDes and this is an important aspect in development and services to the community. All activities or implementations related to village fund management include planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability. The purpose of this study is to analyze how Kelimado Village, Boawae District, manages village funds in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018 and to find out the impact of village fund management on development in Kelimado Village, Boawae District, Nagekeo Regency This research was conducted qualitatively descriptive and used observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Primary data and secondary data are the types of data used. Milles and Huberman's models were used to analyze the data. Collection, subtraction, conveyance, and drawing conclusions are the actions performed by this model. The results of this study show that at the planning, implementation, and administration stages, it is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018 while the reporting and accountability stages are still not optimal, this can be seen from the reporting and accountability process that has been delayed for the reporting process for the realization of the use of village funds has not been in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in the disbursement of funds for the stages Next, as well as the responsibility for the use of village funds so that the community cannot evaluate the results of the work of the village government, the impact of village funds is very felt by the people of Kelimado Village, namely the construction of irrigation of the Pipi Peo Rice Field Irrigation Channel, the construction of the Oboega Rice Field Irrigation Channel, the work of the Integrated Service Place of the Pos II Posyandu Center, the work of the soil retaining wall (TPT) Ae Eti, the work of improving the clean water channel RT 003, RT 004 Clean Water Channel Improvement Work, Wolonio Dusun III Village Environmental Road Channel Work, Zipon Work and RT 014 Nanga Drainage Channel.From all these developments, the benefits are very felt by the people of Kelimado Village.
