Abstract

This final project aims to design the office of the regional border management agency in kupang city using an architectural transformation approach that prioritizes the principles of form and appearance of the office building, incorporating local ntt architectural approaches. Kupang city is the largest city on the island of timor and plays a strategic role as a center of important activities. Architectural transformation is applied to the change and development of the form, function, and meaning of a building or space within a specific context. In conclusion, redesigning the regional border management agency office is an alternative to improving the quality of an office and contributing to cultural preservation and improving the quality of life of the local community.
