Abstract

Improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang is one of the problems that must be studied. Thus, the general objectives of this study are: to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes after using the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by mind mapping on the main material of force and motion in class VII students of SMP Negeri 10 Kupang, even semester 2024/2025, and to determine student responses to learning activities using the Think, Pair, Share (TPS) learning model assisted by mind mapping on the main material of force and motion in class VII students of SMP Negeri 10 Kupang, This research method is quantitative descriptive research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The sample of this study was 27 class VIIH students. Data collection techniques used test questions and student response questionnaires. The results of the study showed that learning outcomes increased with an N-Gain score of 0.56 with moderate criteria, and warm student responses with a percentage of 88% with very high criteria.
