Abstract

Based on initial observation to get information that student learning outcomes are still not satisfactory, there are still students who scored less than KKM. Population and sample in this research is student class 4, 5 and 6 of SD Katholik St Yoseph 4 Naikoten 2 amounting to 53 people. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis by using the Levis formula and inferential statistical analysis by using SPSS. The result of descriptive analysis shows that pedagogic competence variables are in good category with value 81,74%, personality competence variables are in very good category with value 94,50%, professional competence is in very good category with value 94,96%, social competence variables are in very good with value 91,48%, and variable Learning outcomes are in good category with value of 71,96%. The result of inferential statistical analysis showed pedagogic competence variable has a significant effect on student learning outcomes which is shown by ttest value of 2,771 with significant value 0.008. Personality competence variable has a significant effect on student learning outcomes which is shown by ttest value of 2,488 with significant value 0.016. Professional competence variable has a not significant effect on student learning outcomes which is shown by ttest value of 0,121 with significant value 0,904. Social competence variable has a significant effect on student learning outcomes which is shown by ttest value of 2,087 with significant value 0,042. Simultaneously pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence have a significant effect on student learning outcomes shown by the value of Ftest of 6,707 with a value of significance 0,000. The contribution of the four independent variables (R2 ) is pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence to student learning outcomes of 35,9% and the rest influenced by other variables not involved in this study for example interest, infrastructure, motivation and student intelligence.
